A globally recognized expert in public health and preventive medicine, with a focus on improving access to healthcare in underserved communities. They have published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and were instrumental in implementing a national vaccination campaign that reached millions.

Brief Introduction

Rachel is a pharmacist with a portfolio career with over 30 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and the NHS. Having graduated from Kings College, and worked at the Hammersmith and Ealing Hospitals, she then worked in sales, market access, training, and management of NHS partnership projects for AstraZeneca, Lilly and Napp. In the NHS she has worked in community, hospital and primary care.

More recently she has worked with CCGs and CSUs developing medicines optimisations programmes and policy. As a director at MORPh Training and Clinical services she supported by a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians associate directors, developing local and national clinical, leadership, mentorship and recruitment programmes tailored to local PCNs and ICBs.
